RESERVATION - BOOK YOUR TRIP:
You can make reservation online on our websites or send us your request by email to info@eushuttlebus.com
By making a reservation, you agree to ours Cancellation policy.
PAYMENT INFORMATION:
During the booking process we will ask you to pay a deposit by Visa or Mastercard.
The balance is charged in cash to the driver on the day of your reservation.
Online payments are securely processed by GoPay Secured payment system.
ACCEPTED CREDIT CARDS:
All our prices including VAT 21%
Cancellation policy:
- If you cancel the reservation at least 7 days before the trip, we will send you the deposit back.
- If you cancel your reservation later than just 7 days before your trip, your deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation of reservation must be sent by email to info@eushuttlebus.com.
- Manipulation fee of 5 EUR is non-refundable in every case.
Changes:
We understand that when people travel, unexpected situations can arise and plans can change. You can change your reservation by sending us an email including your reservation code. We will do our best to change the reservation if it is possible.
EU Shuttlebus Group proceed with the processing of customers' personal data in accordance with law no. 101/2000 Coll., On protection of personal data and amending certain laws, as amended (hereinafter the "Law for the Protection of Personal Data"), and derived personal data is treated confidentially.
